Fergus Auto Recyclers Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that each part sold by us shall be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and with periodical maintenance as set forth by the original manufacturer subject to the following terms and conditions.

Definitions

Parts:
As used in the warranty refers to the Quality Used Parts including the parts and accessories as supplied by Fergus Auto Recyclers Inc.

Term:

Warranty:
This warranty shall exist for 3 months and unlimited kms. Warranty term begins on date of sale. This Warranty applies to all Fergus Auto Recyclers Inc. products with the following exceptions: Standards:
Subject to the limitations listed herein. Fergus Auto Recyclers Inc. at its option shall repair or replace a product within the warranty term after determination by Fergus Auto Recyclers Inc. that the product is defective. All products are to be returned to Fergus Auto Recyclers Inc. for inspection. Products not returned to Fergus Auto Recyclers Inc. will not be warranted. All repairs and/or replacements covered by this warranty must be authorized by Fergus Auto Recyclers Inc.

Limitations:
This warranty applies to products originally supplied by Fergus Auto Recyclers Inc. This warranty does not apply to or include any of the following:

1. Damage as a result of LACK OF LUBRICATION or CONTAMINATION.
2. Damage resulting from leaking gaskets/seals etc.
3. Repair or replacement required as a result of any accident or misuse.
4. Repair or replacement of any accessory or service item, including specifically but not limited to: all components of the part.
5. Any product used for competition, racing or related purposes.
6. Any product to which a device or accessory not conforming to original manufacturer's specifications has been installed.
7. Any product on which periodic maintenance services required by the original manufacturer have not been performed.

Limited Liability:

Fergus Auto Recyclers liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective product. Fergus Auto Recyclers Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to rental cars, towing fees or for any service not expressly provided for herein, relating to or arising from the Fergus Auto Recyclers Inc. product.

Limited Warranty:

This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, on the part of Fergus Auto Recyclers Inc. or the dealer installing the Differential. No dealer nor any agent or employee thereof, is authorized to extend or modify this warranty.

Additional Owner/User Obligations:

Before Startup:
Parts should be filled to proper specifications. Refer to factory shop manual for the proper procedure for your Differential type. If for any reason you are unsure what action to take please contact our Customer Service Department via our Toll Free telephone number: PH# 1 888 615 9222


First Service Between 2000-2500 kms After Installation: Oil must be checked and all seals inspected for leaks.

Second Service every 7500 kms After initial service: Oil must be checked and all seals inspected for leaks.

Failure to perform these basic operations may result in a voided warranty
